After I have looked at his past I see you have gave him a last chance and warnning for being toxic and killing people no demands and earring people other wise he will be BLACKLISTED, as I have experienced this with my own eyes yesterday at BIZWARS event with my members I am here to explain my situation, He had randomly came argued with my members I have moved them away from him multiple times but he had followed, killed all of us which for your understanding is RDM + it falls under the Rule of 1.2 he had done it 2 times in a row, if you look at the POV timers, after he killed us first time we went to other said of zone to avoid him and attend event, but he had made his way back to us and killed us once again, I made forums which u have viewed u said he received second punishment but considering he done it to so many of us I made 2 complains as it was 2 situation and 1 of us made 1 and after seeing this I don’t know how Los Santos Mandem still have unofficial after breaking big rules like this with his leader being there and watching, and I don’t understand how this guy is not banned after doing such a think to about 9+ of us 2 times in a row and he clearly does not care about the Warning that you have issued him, I thought maybe you have forgotten but he has been targeting and breaking so many rules since a 1v1 him and beat him in arena, if things like this arnt taken seriously so how would they feel if I sent one of my members to kill them all before event and ruin the rp for them? It’s not nice as you have mentioned in the warm if he keeps ruining rp for others he will be blacklisted I consider you looking at this because there 5-6 threads if not more made about him and people like this with this toxicity and tuning rp for everyone shouldn’t be allowed here.
