The ID for that thread is 264616, not 264716 and I got punished for it. He also didn't use the proper format and my id is 264716, not 264616. He shouldn't even accept it because it doesn't even have proper format.

Hello,
Yes the title was 1 number off, however, in the video it very clearly shows 264716 who made the offence, so the correct person (yourself) received the punishment.
As for the title, it stated the reason with an ID that once reviewed saw that it was 1 number out. The rule break is more than evident which shows in the POV.
