2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of the National Guard to fix the organization. For far too long I have been seeing NG be so inactive and I would like to change that. I plan on making a variety of promotion systems and Bonus systems so when new citizens join my org they arent just kept on 1 rank. This could possibly be the key in making NG more active.
I also would like to host trainings with other orgs spec ops and swat teams so that NG can build good and healthy relationships in NG.
I'd also like to introduce a new division named Public Relations. I ran the PR department in LSPD in en1, so I believe I can grow this department to be the key to NG. The cause for this is that there aren't many people who want to join NG. My PR team will organize LI events and, CNN broadcasts, it will bring notoriety to the organization, which may entice people to join.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- The first thing is very obvious, but so far I haven’t seen other leaders do it. And that thing is really just focus on the RP within the organization. If you are a soldier in the National Guard you act like one. Here are some examples: call someone by their rank, not by the name; use badge numbers all the time and the org radio in general must be at least as professional as the department chat; if you are a soldier - you talk like a soldier, you act like a soldier, and you do things a soldier would do.
- Adding more RP events to the org. People get bored and sometimes it feels like you are just staying AFK the whole day because there is little to do. I will change that by creating new and unique events, which will all be centered around RolePlaying as soldiers of the Nation Guard.
- NG is pretty isolated from the other state orgs due to it being on the edge of the map. So it’s crucial to have a LOT more interaction with other orgs in order for NG to feel like a state org and not something that is separated from the others. Interactions can include but aren’t limited to: joint trainings and operations with other orgs, hosting RP events that other orgs will participate in, trying to help other orgs with their tasks and operations as much as possible while also insisting on their involvement in the life of the NG.
- Make a unified ranking, promotion, and bonus system. Insead of just doing whatever during the week and waiting for a promotion ceremony, org members should have their ranks determine their tasks which they must complete in order to get a promotion.
