the pov is so clear even if there was no id shown it was clear that the bloods were shooting from outside the zone

Hello, the reason thread was rejected was simply because as you mentioned people were shooting outside event cirlce, but there was no IDs or Anyone shown in the POV during the time of shots being fired, in this scenario we cannot just blame the whole gang as said above, no proof or resemblance of Blood(s) members being there, also mentioned in that thread if you have POV of bloods IDS, you can file another complaint. like how would i know like there were 20 bloods members anyone could shoot me so how can i put ids so thats why i was blaming gangs as i was getting shots where the whole gang was standing

and they were shooting before aslo as one of the fib told in the pov
