Hello sir, I have been banned for trying to sell a non-tradable item. I didn't know this was wrong, I'm a bit new to the game. And this punishment is too heavy for me. Is there any way to mitigate this punishment sir I will accept your terms please let me get back to my family and friends I miss them I agree to have my money deleted
