I got banned due to general rule 6.17 (family war pov). My device is weak and most screen recording programs don't work on it. And I don't really understand screen recording standards because I'm a non-technical person. however, I am so sorry, and I will be keen to cooperate with my colleagues to solve this problem once and for all, to understand the GR 6.17 Standars more, and i will take care to not repeat this issue in the future. Thank you for your understanding and I hope to return to play as soon as possible

(Not a off topic) This is my our family member and he not a rule breaker and I’m sure that he dident have the information regarding the Recording software’s, however I would appreciate you guys give him a second chance and unbanning him and I will give him a legal recording software that works on all devices LOW END or High END devices.
