In Pov u can see that when i went to revive him there were no leos on top of bridge and u can even hear my gang member saying on radio that they are under the bridge they pushed up after i started patching him up. Full Pov uploaded as well from the moment i entered there were no gun fight on top of bridge so I didn't heal him between gun fight.
