My deepest apologies, I am not familiar with EMS codes. Thank you for informing me about Code H.
However this did give me an idea to suggest. Perhaps we need sign language, Instead of guessing what the person is attempting to say or do they can simply express it through sign language
It is clear that this Code H can be taken many ways. I am surprised no one mistook it for him wanting to use the employee restroom.

Gen rule 6.12 Harassing EMS employee during duty or showing inappropriate behaviour in relation to EMS employees is restricted (Exception - EMS employee was disrespectful) | Ban up to 7 days​
