Id - 80807 did cr(vdm) and rdm without any kind of demand at city. Where he needs to get punishment, but I got punishment. In this pov you can see clearly I lost my control for his car ramming(vdm).

Upon Reviewing the evidence I have decided to DENY this report

I don't see any RDM as he is entitled to protect his State Object which was already under attack.
and from the evidence provided the question of VDM also does not arise.​
