He clearly finished me when i dropped a global therefore help was on its way. Therefore finished me when there was a chance of continuing RP. Therefore he mercy killing me.

I can't see any Mercy Killing on the POV you provided. I will give you an example of Mercy Killing (MK), you killed someone, they will be unconscious and someone came finished him to avoid robbing him or continue the RP this will be considered Mercy Killing.​
