Hello, apologize you feel this way about my decision, Last time I checked the rules You can not kill on sight in city you need proper RP (giving demands to someone while stealing their car, A bounty, etc.) Yelling "get out get out get out" and shooting Isn't an RP reason its more like you are in the Ghetto trying to ROB someone. What were you going to do when you kill him?? Rob him? Kidnap him? all forbidden in the city. As well as RDM you Car rammed him. I can tell by the looks of each of your cars. They are destroyed Massively. I apologize if I killed your vibe for RP but truly I advise you to Sharpen up on your rules.
