2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- As the first thing I would like to say that I played for over a year on the Serbian server, there I was many times a high command in criminal organizations, and I really liked families, since the Serbian server failed, and I came to the English server with a family (regroup ) if we're having fun, I have at least 60 people who would come to the organization for now
- I really like Families as an organization, I have a lot of ideas to make the organization work, I guarantee that we would all have a great time in the organization and that we would not break the rules

- each member would be monitored in detail, if we notice that the player is active, that he is listening to the high command, that he is good and kind to other members, he would be assigned a higher rank, if we notice that the member is toxic, that he does not behave appropriately, etc., he would receive directly 2 warnings
-as I said, every member would be punished, for a minor mistake the player would receive 1 verbal, the player can receive a maximum of 2 verbals, after 2 verbals the member receives a warning, the maximum that a member can receive is 3 warnings, after that he followed by a blacklist from the organization
- likewise, anyone who would listen to the high command and help other members would receive plus, after 2 plus the member gets a higher rank
