I was going around spraying and I killed this person because I thought they were gonna kill me and plus this person is in ghetto, I got warning for RDM when this person is in ghetto not sleeping, I was going around trying to make money please understand I didnt want to get robbed and then I got in trouble 8 hrs later when I was at a buddys wedding then got sent to jail. Please and thank you

and ghetto rules state you can kill anyone as long as its not in non scriped GZ and Starting jobs

This is not a "redzone" and we are told to go buy the red and green zone markings (hence why they were added to game) as you can clearly see in the right eye. How can you say you thought this person was going to kill you when they are clearly sitting in their car and did not acknowledge you with any conversation or RP. If I am wrong then I respect the seniors decision to overturn this.

i pulled up thinking this guy is gonna kill me because i dont know what org hes in and i dont know if hes gonna kill me if i go spray so i killed him then sprayed

It was RDM and it is not ghetto, there is no Red Zone marker​
