2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
a) Since my first day I have been involved with gangs. I have lived and died in the ghetto , my utter dedication and mindset towards illegal organization has taught me illegal RP and I have understood the terms and rules of the city in a proper way. As I can also handle any type of situations in crime faction smoothly without any issues and I will make sure that I have a gang with skill based people who can help us own the ghetto.
b) Its been more than 1.5 years since I have playing on GRP server and I have been in all the legal and illegal orgs so that I know how everything works plus I am the leader of unoffical organization "The Blood Brothers" which taught me a lot of stuffs including how to lead events etc.. With all the experience i gained in city i guess i suitable for this leadership.
c) I have always liked gangs more than legal orgs and i feel like in gangs im more confident and have more fun and that makes me belive this is a great chance for me to achieve my goal as becoming a gang leader.
3) Your advice for improving Role-Play level in organization.
1) Make sure all the gang mates known the rules.
2) Make sure everyone who attends events and being active gets desired rank and bonuses.
3) Make sure everyone is equally respected and treat everyone equally doesn't matter what rank.
4) Interviewees needs to be at least 15 year old and answer 7/10 questions correctly.
5) Stay active in the ghetto by doing robberies and rp scenaries.
6) Implement of rp commands such as /me,do,try, todo to improve the quality of the rp.
7) Allies with other gangs in the events like subs to make gangs better than leos.
8) Do FZ, gun stores, 24/7 robberies, hostage situations to improve the reputation of the gang and to keep the gang active.
9) Push of 100% turf.
10) Tries to maintain 10k graffiti bonus hourly by spiriting ppl to graffiti team.
