Life Story:
Dray was born in the ghetto of the Hague, where he grew up to be a professional criminal. He started young, standing on the block at his early ages. He grew until he got a ‘’seat’’ at the table of the underworld. There he got betrayed by his best friend and became a wanted man in Europe. He turned himself in and made a deal with the Government. He told all the stash places he had, which resulted in a loss of all his wealth. After sitting time for 5 years, he decided to have a fresh start and moved to San Andreas. Here he decided to stick to the legal side and turned to one of the ''good'' ones.
Career Story:
Dray started at the LSPD as a tower. He quickly grew to become a chief of staff within the LSPD. After this, he joined FIB and worked his way up to the same rank. Dray became interested in the law and practiced the law for a long time. He was active as a private lawyer, and then when a new party took the government, he became an Attorney General. When working as an AG he saw that whatever you do, corruption will always prevail, and the criminals was always on the winning side. This made him make the choice to try to bring a change within a different way.. His old way... But for the good ones now.... Dray joined FIB again, but this time with a vengeance. He decided to turn bad, but for the good. Busting criminals with any means necessary. Even if that means committing crimes himself.
Outcomes:
1 Dray can accept bribes for giving out information, removing wanted levels or letting criminals walk after being detained. He can also accept bribes like weapons, armor, and other illegal items. (max 100,000$, proper RP and if caught with valid proof IC punishment. )
2 Dray can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3 Dray can buy and sell via the black market. He can also use all items from black market. (No sale of anything from Org.)
4 Dray can attend Family events, legal or illegal, and do other illegal activities. (can't go against LEOS and must be off duty)
5 Dray can destroy people's bodycams, and any other footage material like saved SSD's. (Using /try destroys bodycam and /try destroys footage. Max 2 times each person per situation.)
6 Dray can delay or refuse the right to a Lawyer, he can also lie about calling one and process a 10-15 telling them none is available. When at the DOC he can tell all LEO's that are present, that the 10-15 refused the rights to a lawyer.
7 Dray can refuse to show his ID to civilians. If asked by a LEO, he can just show his passport.
8 Dray can plant incriminating evidence like prohibited items on individuals. (No UB.)
9 Dray can lie when asked for his bodycam, claiming he was off duty at the time. (If there is IC proof, there will be IC punishment.)
10 Dray can decide to execute a suspect in cuffs if deemed necessary. This can only be done if no bribe in any form has been given/taken. When this happens, the suspect must obey NLR rules, and forget about the situation. (Must be done RPly!)
