2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firsly i wanna be the leader of Los Santos Police Department becuase i have a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been a COS at FIB, executive assistant cheif LSPD, and deputy cheif at EN2. I have also became leader in another city and thus I know how to handle out org without getting warns.
I think LSPD is an org which is mostly different from other orgs and LSPD is also the main leo org of the city. In the present term. no doubt oghi flann was the best leader of LSPD, but there was a little inactivity of that org as there were no LSPD members in most of the store robberies in the city.
My main focus is to make the org most active and to have max numbers in the store robbery and other events. Also, I want that, in LSPD everyone should know what they are doing and should be at the top. Sometimes, orgs have conflicts whcih are most disturbing so i wanna remove and decrease the rate of it and want that every org do their work together.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firstly, I wanna remove favouritism in the org and i will anly give ranks to people who maintain there activity and be part of events and robberies and maintain logs.
I will always try to maintain best RP without any rule breaks and for that every officer will get the best training by the HR team as well as will be inspected by IA team
I have seen many times that, anyone who wanna go to negotiations go, irrespective of if he knows how to do it or not. For this i will make a negotiation team who can do best negotiations to maintain RP.
I will be giving huge bonuses to HR/IA team to maintain their good work and also to the officers who work at night shifts to make the org active at every circumstances.
