2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be a leader of LSPD to improve maintaining an active organization. I want to make sure there are always multiple officers on duty and patrolling ALL of the time. I will make sure that we have lots of officers attending events and maintaining a safe city. I will make sure that gangs always have a challenge and we always put up a good fight improving the roleplay.
2. Within the LSPD I will make sure that all of the departments are active all of the time. These departments will maintain the activity and help hold LSPD in place. These departments include:
- Human Resources: Dealing with interviews, hiring, creation of logs, and high commands maintaining the right ranks for each officer.
- S.W.A.T: This department will use heavy duty weapons such as LMG's, Snipers ect. I will improve this department by making sure SWAT officers will attend every event and log. This will give officers an opportunity to get to the frontline of events and increase the chances of victory.
- Internal Affairs: This department deals with strikes, logs and trunks. Officers in this department will maintain the wrong doings of officers resulting in strikes or a removal from the org. They also search trunks of officers to make sure they do not have any illegal weapons.
- Undercover: This department will use the undercover vehicles, wear undercover uniform and take evidence of families or gangs in events
- Tow PD: Towing cars illegally parked around the city.
3. As a leader of LSPD i will make sure to stop favouritism. I have noticed in many orgs that this has been the case. If a high command has been caught using favouritism in any way will be demoted. i will make sure everyone will be treated fairly and gets the rank they deserve.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving role play is making sure all of the departments are active specifically Human Resources and Undercover. Human resources will help by recruiting new officers increasing the activity level of the org. Undercover will help by collecting evidences towards gang raids. I will also make sure that officers patrol and attend events all of the time.
