2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have had 4+ terms of experience working in the LSPD as a high command. Being taught by my high commands has encouraged me to want to learn more and understand a greater, deeper knowledge about being a Law Enforcement Officer. From experience, promotions and bonuses put a smile on my face. I have a good reputation and will have many people to come if i do get leader!. If i get leader of LSPD i will make sure to give bonuses and promotions out to those willing to learn, attend events and helping individuals throughout the organization. Roleplay is the most crucial part of being in an LEO organization. As a leader i will make sure to maintain roleplay within the organization including using proper roleplay commands, responding to calls, attending events and patrolling the city. I will make sure every officer gets the rank they deserve with their knowledge and manage favouritism. I will make sure that all high commands have prior knowledge being a Law Enforcement officer and get their previous rank!. I will make sure every new and returning officer knows the basic rules of the server and feel like they serve a place in the org. I will make sure that LSPD always stays on top and get maximum units to every store robbery.
Departments within the organization affect the activity and roleplay. I will make sure that every department is active and serving a purpose in the organization. These departments include:
Internal Affairs: Makes sure everyone is doing their job correctly, issues strikes, checks logs and searches trunks of officers. They correct officers wrong doings and checks officers knowledge of rules.
Human Resources: Manages recruitment, applications, logs, trainings, promotions, and applications encouraging officers to grow and learn in their LEO journey.
S.W.A.T: The Special Weapon And Tactics department uses heavier equipment and deeper knowledge to protect citizens of the city. SWAT also prevents criminals escaping their criminal acts with more lethal force used.
Undercover: This department allows officers to go undercover and collect evidences and catch wanted criminals. Collecting evidence for gang raids and catching wanted criminals improves the roleplay of the organization and allows officers to learn new things.
Towing Enforcement: Towing Enforcement clears the city from illegally parked cars. this will clean the city and is a good roleplay department. bonuses will also be given for each tow. This department teaches new officers how to properly tow vehicles.
Expanding my point, Favouritism has been mentioned in many orgs and when i am leader this will come to a stop!. Anyone who is caught promoting or demotion an individual with no valid reason will be punished. I will manage that by recruiting high commands who know proper rules of the server. Every officer has the right to be treated fairly and i will make sure they get the rank they deserve.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving roleplay include encouraging officers to patrol, tow and offer bonuses for everything they do. I will make sure that at all times officers are attending events, patrolling and responding to calls. Officers are obliged to do their job protecting the citizens of the city. Departments also play a big role in improving the roleplay. Human resources recruits members to assist the roleplay of the organization. Undercover officers patrol in UC cars preventing citizens from recognising them at first glance. UC will help roleplay assisting FIB collect evidences for gang raids.
