i got punishment for Fail RP, sir you said i give him demands but i already sent to him 3 demands and he didn't stop so that's count as evading arrest, and if i wait more time he can start his engine again and runaway, and in every org they teaching and doing the same, if we give 3 demands and he didn't stop then block the engine and you can shoot him, then we put him in cuffs and patch him up and drag him and complete with him.

As an LEO you shouldn't just start shooting at someone as he wasn't carrying a gun or pose a threat to be killed. Fair decision has been made.​
