Rejected Ballas member shoots EMS

While on patrol in the Ghetto I witnessed a member of the Ballas organization shoot an EMS first responder that was responding to a call

Upon reviewing the evidence, I cannot conclude this report at this time.​

Unfortunately I was unable to get the ID of the Ballas member due to the fact I was being shot at. It’s clear in the video that they opened fire on an EMS worker.
