Additional information
  1. Leader of SAHP
  2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
    1. Criminal Education - the first reason why I wish to be the leader of SAHP is to introduce criminal education within the SAHP training program. I feel SAHP has a responsibility to train its officers on the law to reduce mistakes that occur during arrests. Firsthand I have seen many mistakes in arrests that have led to frustration in a civilian or towards potential lawsuits that may take place against an organization. Similar to how EMS has the medical student program.
    2. Staffing - the second reason why I wish to be the leader of SAHP is to enhance the staffing and activity of the organization. I feel like SAHP has long been understaffed and has struggled with numbers a few of those reasons are likely due to lack of education and multiple mistakes. But also largely due to not focusing on staffing times of day closer to tsunami allowing gangs to overrun the city during hours that personnel is not in the city.
    3. Communication & Activity - It is going to be a policy for high command to conduct regular role calls and assignments during their shifts throughout the day. A role call will consist of having all active units report to HQ. High command will assign and mix up assignments between officers and ensuring that each officer conducts their responsibilities (convoy patrols, insurance, DOC, Air Patrol) vs several officers hanging around HQ. As my high command I improve the staffing and increase the overall activity I feel we will get to take back many of the areas North of Los Santos from gang activity and putting an end to many of the robberies that are conducted late in the evenings.
  3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
    1. In the reasons I listed above I feel is a strong start to improving the roleplay level within the organization. In order to improve the roleplay level we need good officers and a strong and active staff. However I vow to take it a step further and ensure that SAHP hosts many events from parades, to joint organization missions with NG, LSPD, and FIB. I will promote and assign a high command team that will focus on many of these needs that SAHP will have and help brainstorm new and exciting events to promote with organizations and the civilians.
During my last term in SAHP I saw many vacant opportunities within the departments. So I have designed an initial structure that will be focused around simplifying the current structure and many of the ranks. Allowing room for growth to the today's structure as we work on my top 3 priorities and vision for SAHP.

Structure with a RP focus listed below

High Command
  • Sheriff
  • Undersheriff
  • Chief of Department
  • Deputy Chief of Department
  • Captain
  • District Attorney
Supervisors
  • Lieutenant
  • Sargant
Lower Ranks
  • Senior Corporal
  • Corporal
  • Lance Corporal
  • Master Trooper III
  • Master Trooper II
  • Master Trooper I
  • Senior Trooper 3
  • Senior Trooper 2
  • Senior Trooper 1
  • Trooper 3
  • Trooper 2
  • Trooper 1
Training / Suspended Ranks
  • Probie
  • Trainee
  • Suspended
Departments
  • SWAT - Special Weapons and Tactics
    • Trained in special weapons and armored vehicle use. Top shooters of the department and trained in handling crowds, gang activity, and organized crime. First to arrive in high risk situations and being a front line in the line of combat.
  • HRT - Human Resources & Training
    • Focused on staffing and training the officers of the department. Responsible for educating new officers on new and existing laws, code of conduct, and internal polices and procedures.
  • UC - Undercover
    • Assists FIB with collecting evidence for criminal investigations, patrolling in unmarked units, and capturing wanted criminals.
  • IA - Internal Affairs
    • Ensure officers remain compliant with internal policies and regulations, code of conduct, and laws of the state. They also conduct regularly scheduled searches and monitor the armory. They accept complains from civilians to investigate any potential wrongdoing by officers.
Hourly Role-Call
  • On the hour every hour a high command official captain or higher will be responsible for calling all units to HQ and performing a role call and role assignment. This is to mix up assignments to ensure that we are well staffed in all responsibilities of the department and to ensure replacements for those that need to end their shift. This will also promote fairness within the department to ensure that not just one guy is stuck at DOC or on insurance for his entire shift allowing all officers to share the responsibilities of SAHP as a team.
Criminal Education
  • Every new trainee will be required to read and understand the code of conduct, traffic and penal code, and internal rules and regulations. Each trainee will be tested on their knowledge before promoting to Probie. Our HRT department will fill gaps in the areas that the trainee may still not understand or may not be clear in the traffic/penal codes, code of conduct, in other laws, or department rules and regulations. The education will be centered around the common day to day criminal acts and violations that we see as SAHP.
  • As an IA punishment existing officers may be forced to have a 'refresher' in criminal education provided by the HRT department
