Life Story: Ballu Baba was born and raised in Los Santos his father was a very loyal police officer they were doing their duty with determination and courage. But over the years his son was very opposite to his father he was in criminal activity like smuggling of cocaine and heavy weapons and his father don't know about his work his friend circle was like very old to his age like 15 years of gap and he taught him to run weapons and in those people Ballu have best friend of his age here with him and one day his father saw his son that couple of guys brainwashed his son which is illegal in teenage. his father Caught him that day what they are doing and send him to boarding school. Few years passed Ballu passed his government entrance exam and he was sent to grand Sanora for his training after he completed his training, he got job in central jail after some months he got promotion based on his performance everything was going good but suddenly he sees that couple of police officers was taking his childhood friend and Ballu shocked after they see this then he decided he will escape his best friend from prison in any cost because few years back they both promise each other that he will protect each other from in every situation.
Career Story: over the years Ballu was doing his duty with dedication and loyalty after his friend escaped from jail without knowing anyone. Ballu developed a reputation for his dedication to his work, his bravery, and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He worked his way up the ranks, becoming a deputy director and eventually a director.
One day Ballu got a promotion later from ex director that he is promoted to jail director.
Under his leadership, his precinct saw a significant reduction in jail breaks heavy firing in doc and heavy discipline in this secure facility.
Ballu success as a doc director He worked with lawmakers and advocacy groups to push for changes to the system, including improved training for officers and more resources for community-based programs.
years later Ballu got retirement from the department of corrections with some bravery awards and honors and after retirement all doc was remember the work of Ballu rules and regulations with respect.
Ballu's story is like power of hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose in achieving success in one's career's also Ballu is very kind he will do anything for his friends who got caught without reasons and Ballu is standing with those who don't get justice and caught without reasons.
