2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been a high command in different LEO organizations including the Sheriff of SAHP in EN-3, I was the leader of SAHP for a full term in EN3, I want to become the leader of SAHP because of my prior experience in the org which is required to lead an organization and manage it. I would like to bring back the shine which SAHP had during the old days.
SAHP was facing activity issues in the prior term, in my leadership, I will make sure to have good numbers all the time. I was leader of this before organization hence I have the experience to handle the org with good activity. During my term in SAHP, I had good numbers in events all the time. I will prioritize the activity in every event specially Store robberies, Aircraft Carrier, Subs, Informant and Vehicle Escort.
I have certain plans for SAHP, I plan to bring back the old ranking system, introduce new bonus structure and promotion criteria so that employees can grind to gain promotions. Many believe SAHP is a boring org but In my leadership there will be Internal Events every week to ensure people are not bored doing their job.
High Command positions will be given only to the ones who actually know how the org runs and who can manage the org in different situations rather than giving to ones who just want to show off and abuse their High Command Powers.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Communication
Active Use of Radio ALL THE TIME so that Important Information can be transmitted through Radio. This will benefit the org during store robberies and global situations. Communication is an important factor during events as its a key towards success. This will not only benefit the org in situations but also help the org increase coordination among the employees.
2. Inter organization relationship
For a Legal org, to run perfectly it needs to have a good relationship with other organizations. I will make sure that the org is having a good relationship with all the Legal orgs so we can help them, when they need help and in return they will help us which will help improve the RP Elements with them.
3. Making sure every single officer has knowledge of the state legislation.
4. I will add more OOC Questions in SAHP Joining Application to avoid mistakes which lead to Organization Warns.
