So I got banned 60 days for General Rule 1,1

Both me and my wife (Victorian) are gaming from our own home. But we have our separates streams account and log in to grand Rp that we do not share.

That is why there is no reason or question about that I am not I guilty of General rule 1,1. So please remove the 60 days i got banned for.
