2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1: I've been in the community for a year now and the only gang I've ever been a part of is the Ballas. I don't have any real enemies on this game and Im willing to keep the peace with all the other orgs and just play the game without constant forum complaints and drama which people love so much.
2: Another reason why I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang is to let my friends have a place to go and have something to do. When there's not a good gang in the city, it makes things really boring for everyone that participates in orgs.
3: I'm the right choice to be given an opportunity for an interview, half the people applying for ballas right now only care about doing turfs all day and not actually having an active gang that hangs out with each other. People don't join a gang for that, they join for everything else it has to offer.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in an organization.
My advice for improving the level of Roleplay in the organization is by getting everyone involved and keeping the org drama free between other orgs and admins. Which seems to be the biggest problem, because its ruins everyones roleplay. In my opinion I'm the best choice you guys have left. I know if I had a gang the level of RP would be better than anyone else going up against me. That's really all I have to say about that. It's your choice, thanks again.
