2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Why i want to be leader of this organization is for many reasons i feel like i have the knowledge of leading this org to very high standards making sure to have nothing but the best officers and having a very strong high command and threw out my time in EN03 I have been a leo I'm Ex Lt General, ex chief of staff in SAHP, i have also been high command in LSPD. another reason i feel like i can run this organization is i know a lot about gang stuff being ex ballas leader if given the chance at being leader i feel like i could get a lot of numbers and make LSPD the best organization ever seen. Third and final reason i want to be leader is I feel like I could bring strong leadership with good qualities officers that know what they are doing and not breaking any rules. I also feel like with getting the most experienced officers will make the rp better for everyone I also got a good bonus system to encourage people to come and do events also doing a good amount of promotion ceremony to let your people know that hard work pays off if given the opportunity to be chief I wouldn’t let you guys down thanks for your time for reading my application ~Jayy Pluxury

My advice for improving roleplay is to make sure to have the most experienced officers only and make sure to not break any rules and to have active officers at all times of day/night and also making sure there is officers at all store robbery’s/FZ/ATM Robbery’s.
