2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Well there are some reasons that I would like the position of "leader" in this specific organization. Some of the reasons, I have mentioned are explained below.

PASSION: Put it simply, I have huge love and passion for LEO organizations. From the time I first flied in, I immediately decided that I wanted to be part of an LEO organization. It's simply because of the roles of LEOs, they put their lives to risk to save the citizens, patrol the streets & highways, make sure gang activity is as low as possible, working HARDEST to make sure the criminal rate stays low and stagnant. I feel like the team bonding and hard work in LEOs is totally unmatched as compared to other organizations. I have a undying passion for change, improvement for LEO orgs.

POTENTIAL: SAHP has a great potential in exponentially increasing their activity, level of roleplay, competency and stuff like that. I feel like I can unlock that huge potential in favor of the city and give the city a SAHP that we have always needed and wanted.

TEAM AND HARD WORK: SAHP has one of the most interesting teams and people who have worked in the past. They HAVE the means to work hard and prove to the city and they hold much more value than we expect. The team bonding is inspiring, seeing officers go on patrols together, attend raids, special missions and patrolling the highways together is amazing. The bonding that officers have while at the headquarters is quite impressive. And I want to improve the work and team-ethics here at SAHP.



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

There are a LOT of plans I have for improving roleplay level and overall performance in this organization. Here, I have explained them.

USAGE OF RP COMMANDS: I cannot stress this enough! Officers do NOT give enough love and attention to RP commands. They really help bring the roleplay to more, on the realistic side. If I do become leader, I want to emphasize the importance of RP commands and their usage. It helps make the roleplay situation more realistic and I really think officers need to start using them more often (Obviously not more than the limit).

RADIO USAGE: Radio usage should be improved instead of having officers yell and just "talk" in the radio casually. I feel like the radio should have a significant impact on the roleplay situations. I want to keep the radio strictly to important usage and not a medium of communication between officers talks. And officers should learn other radio codes as well rather than the basics. For example, if an officer engages in a car pursuit, he should use the "10-80" radio code and explain his situation and actually put the radio into good use.

RP SITUATIONS: There is a definite need for officers to engage in a situation more realistically rather than pulling out their weapons and tazers instantly and rather handling it in more of a "realistic" manner. There should be more engagement and roleplay in RP situations like a car pullover, and officers asking actual questions and not just extremely bland actions. So, we need to change slightly on how officers engage in RP situations.

4.GOALS for the organization.

MISSIONS:
We will try our best to conduct as many missions and raids as possible. Collecting evidences on gangs, going on ghetto patrols, hunting down wanted criminals, cracking down on any cannabis in San Andreas and etc.

RELATIONS WITH OTHER ORGS: One thing that I want to establish, is having better communications with other organizations. I want to establish a level of friendly ties between us LSPD,FIB and other LEO organizations. This way, we avoid having bitter relations and rather improve our team work and work together towards our one goal, making the city safer.

QUALITY OF WORK: First off, I want to improve the level of quality of work in SAHP. I want our officers to have knowledge and know what they are doing. I have seen SO many officers lose control if a citizen asks them a little complicated question and they panic in the situation. I want to remove that barrier, I want SAHP officers to be confident, know what they are doing and do it properly.

RANKS & PROMOTIONS: I will work closely with my deputies to establish a good ranking system which allows everyone to have a fair chance. Along with weekly promotion ceremonies, based on activity and quality of their work and efforts.

ELIMINATING FAVOURTISM: Removing favoritism in the organization will be one of my main goals. If someone was a HC, 2 terms ago. He will NOT be getting any HC rank in SAHP. If someone thinks they deserve HC, they will have to show their work and efforts in order to obtain it.

CORRUPTION: Corruption is one of those things that destroy the organization. I will make sure I have a VERY competent chief of IA to deal with this. Anyone caught doing anything illegal or corrupt, shall be removed and blacklisted. And if someone is under suspicion, he should be under investigation by the IA team to be cleared.

5. DEPARTMENTS.

Here at SAHP, we have multiple departments with different areas of expertise.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS:
One of the most important departments, the chief of IA will ensure that the organization is clean and free of corruption. Having regular inspections, background checks, trunk inspections and cracking down on corruption.

HUMAN RESOURCES: Probably the most important department, I will make sure I appoint a good chief of HR to make sure we have good numbers in the organization which is VITAL for the running of the organization. So it is very important, that I make sure that HR is doing their work correctly.

UNDERCOVER: The undercover department will be in-charge of our officers going under cover and collecting evidences against gangs & families who commit crimes.\

TOWING DEPARTMENT: The towing department will consist of the "Tower" units which will take SAHP tow trucks around highways and other regions outside the city and tow any illegally parked cars and bring them to our impound lot.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: The PR department will be in charge of hosting events for citizens, assisting me in hosting global events. I shall appoint a PR head who is creative and has good communication which is vital for a good and enjoyable event.


6. COMPETENCY.

I have experience as the Deputy head of department for Internal Affairs in LSPD, I studied as a law student as well as now working in FIB. I have great knowledge of the city rules, event rules and overall the proper workings of the city as well as good communication skills which is very important for a leader.

Along with this, my deputies will be highly experienced people in the knowledge who will help me run the organization more smoothly and help me keep the organization afloat and alive.
