Hello,

So I had just made my account and I was running back to the hotel after meeting with some friends to get the hotel beginners tasks as I was told I could get free prime by doing them, While I was running to the hotel I was just out of nowhere banned for cheating, I was very confused so I relogged. When I relog I see that I was banned and the reason was (GR 1.1). I am still confused as I have not shared or traded any accounts, I just made the account and my email and password was never shared or traded to anyone, ever. I hope I can get an explanation for this issue.

Punishment changed for permanent ban for all accounts (you violated 1.4 General rule)​
