Well i have a few reasons butim gonna tell you just one which i thinks is enough to lead Ballas gang is: I have experience as a High Command in organized crime groups and illegla organizations. I been served as a Deputy of Marabunta and National guard and EMS, which has given me a deep understanding of the server rules. Additionally, I believe that recruitment should go beyond asking the basic questions of "How many to rob and pull over" and "Can you shoot in HQs."They need to know general rules ghetto rules

-Activly be in RP scenarios without any rules to break
-Knowlege of rules of general rules and other rules...
