Rejected RDM or VDM

Hello,
I was victim to a street robbery i have POV, i was told to run for my life which i did then they decided to ram me with their car and proceeded to shoot me. I am not sure if this can be considered as RDM or VDM but i have POV for your consideration, Kindly let me know if i made a mistake in thinking if this RDM or VDM
