3 People start on a roof which is not accessible from outside the zone when the event starts which is a violation of ER 1.18, I believe one of them also ended up starting in zone which is a violation of ER 1.3.

We have been playing these events before your family was even created. Evertime we have tried to use that roof, admins have told us to get off as it is not accessible from outside by foot. This clear means that if a roof is accessible only from inside the zone, you should gain access to it only from inside.
