I am playing this game for a very long time I have grinded very hard to get all the stuffs and I didn't meant to break any kind of rule me and my friend did this by mistake I am really sorry, this will not happen again we will be more carefull next time, the thing is that there is Millions of worth of items in my home and I will lose it all because my house is only paid for 10 days and the ban I got is of 14 days so can you pls reduce the punishment time to 8-9 days so I can pay the daily tax for my house and save my stuff for which I have grinded for months. Can you just reduce the ban days. Pls consider my apology.
