Life Story:
Zladko started his life in the mean streets of Istanbul. He grew up on the streets, dropping out of school at a young age to start stealing and robbing to provide for his little brothers. While doing this he got to meet a lot of dark figures within the criminal spheres of the city. He learned how to deceive, commit fraud and even use force when needed in a quick way. Just when he started to make a name for himself, he got betrayed by his own family and decided to leave the city before everything turned upside down and probably killed or ended up in jail. He somehow ended up in Los Santos.. Ready to begin a new life.
Career Story:
Because of his violent past, Zladko decided first to try the criminal life but noticed that the criminal side of Los Santos was a bit too weak in his eyes. He thought, why not try something more exciting and joined the SAHP to become a cop? He quickly grew within the ranks at SAHP and was appointed as an assistant sheriff. He excelled in taking down criminals in an efficient and quick way, was recognized for his persuasiveness, and became a force to be reckoned with.
He kept pushing through and decided that in order to really know how the law works, he needed to learn the law as an attorney. He served as a state attorney for a while and after that decided to do a quick run within FIB and came in contact with some corrupt agents. He learned the way of corruption and decided to return to his first job as an LEO. When entering SAHP again, he made the decision to now apply all his knowledge, to show Los Santos how corruption can be used for the greater good. For the new family that always treated him right, SAHP.
Outcomes:
1 Zladko can help suspects/unconsciouses escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k in USD, weapons, ammo, armor, and drugs), reduce their sentence, and remove them from the wanted list.
2 Zladko can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3 Zladko can buy and sell via the black market. He can also use all illegal items from the black market and the Dark Net. (No sale of anything from Org.)
4 Zladko can do illegal activities due to his criminal past. (Ghetto, Robbing, and Illegal actions from G Menu can do off duty, the rest can do on duty, Not against LEOs)
5 Zladko can destroy people's bodycams and any other footage material like saved SSDs. (Using /try destroys bodycam and /try destroys footage. Max 2 times each person per situation.)
6 Zladko can break IC laws constantly and use his position within the SAHP to his advantage (Updated Legislation from Grand RP discord)
7 Zladko can refuse to show his ID.

When this happens, the suspect must obey NLR rules, and forget about the situation. (Must be done RPly and no UB!)
