During his criminal days in Los Santos, Negan was infamous for being involved in heists and drug trafficking. Despite multiple arrests over the years, Negan eventually decided to leave behind his life of crime and start anew.
After serving his time in prison, he had a change of heart and wanted to make amends for his past misdeeds by making a positive impact in his community. He applied to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), but initially faced skepticism from the force due to his history.
However, Negan proved himself to be a valuable asset to the SAHP as he provided them with crucial information about criminal organizations and helped take down several high-profile targets. Nonetheless, it later became apparent that Negan's true intentions were not entirely pure, and he began to use his position within the SAHP to shield his criminal associates and serve his own interests. outcomes
