I didn't uncuff anyone. I was running to my car actually and got rdm'd by vee. Im not sure what was going on with vees system but I did not uncuff anyone, maybe someone standing behind me uncuffed him. Vee was obviously dragging him so who knows how he got uncuffed but there is no proof in left eye. I did not uncuff anyone.
