Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 68672 will receive a punishment for Power Gaming (PG)
(ID 68672 cuffed ID 46522 while she has a gun in her hand + he cuffed her while he was running to dodge the shoots at 0:10 of the POV provided.)
ID 68672 will also receive a punishment for Unrealistic Behavior (UB)
(When ID 46522 was shooting at ID 68672 he was just punching her instead of taking gun and shoot. He had a gun in his inventory as we can see in 0:19 of the POV when he took out the gun .)
