This rule refers to that English is the main language in the server and other languages can be spoken in private, and everyone in this situation is in the same family. Other than that the area we were standing at is not GZ. The person who issued the form is a third party, he is not a collector nor a government employee even if he was he did not provide a full POV, so him being at the family house just makes no sense. But I think that he came for a specific reason. ( Everyone in the family has agreed to speak in a foreign language.)

I also want to complain about the admin himself
I also have put the type of punishment as anything due to MUTE not being a choice.

Other than that the person himself in the first POV also talked Turkish and didn't get punished.
