As a leader it is my duty to see my org colleague's whether they are good with their work. First thing I will try to make my org chillest and coolest but at the same time worthy and best org of all time.
Managment of ranks:
Will do a system of like only worthy people will get ranks beside I will not tolerate Favouritism, Try to help trainee so that they will do less mistakes.
Deputies will be decided on the basis of their experience.
I will try to make my org anti-toxic and help citizens to make trust on us.
My main focus:
To make LI a active org and to do events actively.
To publish a newspaper of 4-5 pages every week which covers all news, updates in the city from gang's activity to leo.
To make specific advertising for Leo orgs and to get interview about the situation of the city from their leaders.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make a system for trainee so that they could work with less mistakes, specially I will try to help them in that.
Try to make weekly meeting's inside org to see their problems and to help them.
Try to make events inside my org to make a chill and cool zone.
No favouritism will be allowed in my org in any circumstances.
I will try to get a bonus system for my organisation people to help them, also will make some few roles for specific teams like News Team, Advertising Team, Events Team. etc
I will host some good and worthy events inside li org to help org people.
I will do a internal meeting every week so that I could know all the things happening in the the org.
Hosting a promotional ceremony every week and bonus system's to give my colleague's a good environment.
