Hi Alex
I got banned for bug abuse, and lemme explain u what happened at that time We got raided by Regroup Family and i was inside of the zone and when they raided i died in the zone
After i did f1 relog to family house for giving armors, ammo's gun's to family members and i dont know i can enter zone second time and usually we were doing f1 relog to family house and when we left the family home, we could not enter the raid again
and then when i left the home i found myself in raid i got attacked by Regroup family and i took my guns from my pocket and i tried shoot aswell

This is totally my fault and im sorry about it again do i have a chance to unban or reduce the duration at least please
