[Moisturized Horse]

Worked at DOC last night. Some players were causing a mayhem outside. When the higher command walked out, they ran over him with their car more than once, which prompted him to shoot. I ran out to assist him. There were 3 culprits who logged out altogether, but I was told not to worry about the ones who were already detained as they would spawn in jail when they relogged. One of them logged out, seemingly when he stopped moving. Proof of his ID in screenshot below.
