I have previous experience of being LI leader and a good one.
I have passed multiple IRL English GCSE's.
My respect and non bias opinions.
My main focus:
I would like to make LI a non bias organisation where everyone is welcome and treated like family no matter there previous history. If they join with a positive attitude and willing to work they will be treated nicely.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will try to organise a ride along programme with LEO org to get a first class view of the activities that go on in the city.
I will bring back the No toxicity within the org and make everyone respect one another.
I will make sure High Command are treated like High command.
And strict but basic training will be bought back and mistakes in the org will be treated with punishment and more strict to ensure perfection in the org.
