As you can see from my POV, someone placed him on cuff and i saw him still having gun on his hand. so we told ID3318 that we will remove his cuff so he could remove his gun. i had my gun pointed at him while he removed his gun and then he went straight inside his car and drove away. thats clearly fail rp.
