2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to create equality among all the employees because I personally faced it.
- have a good experience in EMS and know how EMS works and I have a good idea and other steps to take and make EMS run correctly.
- I assured that I am suitable for the leadership because as a leader of organization I make sure that the my employees should be work friendly and we should have good relationship among us.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1.Emergency Calls: Improve response time for Emergency calls. A lot of EMS calls comes every day in the city, and most of the calls are not responded. This leaves passport holders in a critically wounded state, sometimes leading to death. I mainly focus on improving the response time by make sure the employees are well trained to response. To reach this goal, bonuses will be given to employees with the most number of received calls. And make sure employees should respond the calls out of city as less time as they can.
2.State relation: Make sure that all legal organizations are medically ready to protect the city. By doing health check-ups for two weeks once this will ensure that all the employees of legal organization can asset the citizens of LOS SANTOS medical emergency arise.
3.Friendly relationship: I will be friendly with employees and make sure they have no problems. And will ensure there will be no conflicts.
4.Recruitment of employees: By making mass hiring and recruitment through exams and make sure that the result of the applied citizen will be given in 24hours.As we can know 48hrs is too long and i ensure my FTO's and High Commands will check the applications and they will responded.
5.Air service: Will improve units at air service with a proper training structure.
6.Night Shift: Easily the main issue right now in EMS is the night-staff scarcity, especially throughout the hours of 18:00-7:00. And i sure that night shift we will cover both lobbies and as well as calls. And by maintain the logs i will give bonuses to the employees and which will leads to fast promotion.
5.Events: For minting the friendly and neighbouring relationship with citizens and employees we will host events per week from our EMS organization.This will make our employees mind refresh and they can actively do the organization work.
7.Bonuses: Will make a new spreadsheet, increasing bonuses for the night shift and SH.
I want to Improve the EMS services and I will try to make EMS 100% active for citizens convenience.
