2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have experience of over 3 months in this org as an employee and over 2 month of experience as a High command, so i know how EMS works and what are the basic principles that we need to follow
- A leader is one who takes his whole team with him and work with them, rather giving them the direction or orders that you need to work like this. There should be transparency between a leader and a employee, so that they can come and share their problems with me. I think i am a good leader because i prefer listening to others pov before making a statement.
- Rewarding our employees who are good at that their job either by giving bonuses or promotions but for the one's who truly deserve that. Selecting my team carefully for the betterment of organization without doing favouritism.
- Surgery training : As i was the division chief of training my idea was to give a proper training for surgeries and i had worked upon that it will surely improve the rp.
- Team for hostage situation : I will build some special teams for hostage situations which will consist of a high command, a doctor / surgeon with one more employee.
- Work based on rank: I have spent more than 3 months in EMS and the first thing i realised is that no one works according to their ranks. For example if someone is doctor so he or she should know about the surgeries and other stuff for hostage situation.
- Improving our trainers or FTO’s : FTO’s are the backbones of our organization as they are the one who trains freshers to be a good employee. I know it’s not a easy job but we have put our 100% for the better rp, so the players experience got enhanced.
There will be a change in the training structure as there are only day 1 and day 2, i would like to introduce one more day as follows
Day 1 - Lobbies and Radio Codes
Day 2 - Labs
Day 3 - Calls
Due to this freshers will get more time while training as they will have go through training for three times and will have better knowledge then now. This will also help our FTO to give their more time on training. - Bonuses and coverage: Bonuses will provided on daily bases to every employee for their work independent of ph,sh,labs,calls. There will always be 1 unit at standby in case one got code A so the other will cover for him.
- Recruitments: There will be open recruitments once in two week as we need more employees specially for the night shift.
- Strikes : For the better rp we need to punish those people who are making mistakes to set a example that you need to do a better rp to enhance the experience of player. If the employees don’t meet the minimum requirements per week they will get a punishment.
- Relationship and polite nature: I will make sure of that i have a good relationship with my employees and other state organization and we always maintain a polite and a friendly behavior.
- Communication skills and better Decorum: Everyone in the organization should have good communication skills and maintain decorum as we are working or devoted and maintain a professional behaviour.
