-Going To Do Some Changes In Bonus System
-For Good Health Of Officers , I Will Be Doing Insecption 2 Times Of Every ORGs In a Week
-Going To Inscrease RP in EMS (not just saying “I Will Be Patching You Up”) I will Make Some Changes In It And Make It More Funny And Intersting
-Keep a Good Relation With Other ORGs (I have been in All ORGs except GOV so I Have Good Relations With Them )
-I Will Bring Strict Rules On FL
-I Will Try My Best To Keep Bond With My Employees , So That I Can Know What They Want And What They Don’t (Bcoz I Have Seen Employee , Talking Bad About Chief )
-Last But Not The Least , I Will Make Changes In FTO Department Also
