2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The First step to be the leader of this Organization is as this organization deserves a Experienced Leader who knows how EMS works and that is me as I have been in EMS from past many team which consists of EN1 and EN3 .
I have seen many leaders who have been in EMS and work hard to make the EMS on a Greater Level and they make it and I have learned quite a good from them as I have mostly been as a FTO & HC in EMS and my this form of experience can lead me in proper handling of the organization.
For Being an HC i also have faced many Favoritism in-front of me and I would like that will not happen in mere future if I get the leadership of the organisation.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
EMS is the place where a proper RP should be done but in my current times i have been watching out that many 'AS' Employees doesn't follow the RP procedures and also some time breaks rule of not healing in a 10-10 situation so this things should be taught properly so FTO's should be highly experienced and if any of the FTO isn't Giving proper Training i will do a Mass training sessions myself as i have mostly worked as a Medical Professor in Past.
Secondly From past few terms I have seen that many EMS recruits are Trainees so i would like to change the training technique a little bit by training the Division chief of Training about the new training process so the training becomes a easy technique
We also have saw that many employees lack in giving proper Radio codes which causes other employees to cause a huge issue so that will also look over it and will see if The training of Radio Codes are Also properly done
Currently The Divisions of EMS are
HS GS ARO LabTech
Planning to change to
MD AS ARO and Labtech
The main issue with the EMS in EN3 is that many deserving employees don't get a proper Promotion so i would implement a new Promotion system Which mainly consist of Working times and these working types will affect their Promotion as if I would leave promotion on Basis of my HC then there will be Favoritism and a good hard working employees does not get promotion.
