i just started the game, it said i have been banned for 30 days, for not having pov on family raid event, but my PC does not support screen recording while playing. because my PC does not have enough processing power to record while running the game. but if it is absolutely necessary then, i will find a software that my PC can support.
it is my humble request to remove the ban or reduce the punishment. and in future, i will definitely find a solution for this screen recording problem.
