1.I wanted to manage a gang in en3 and i have a great high command experience in other gangs and now i want to lead ballas.

2.As I said I have been high command experience in other gang so i have the potential to lead a gang.I will properly help gang members and will have a proper communication with them.

3.Ballas was the first gang in the city and i am very attracted to gangs.
So,I will take its reputation back because it's the oldest gang and make it on top and rule the city.

1.I will have players who knows the rules.
2.I will have great high commands to lead the gang.
3.I will give great bonuses to the members.
4.I will try my gang attend every event.
