Approved Picking up and robbing with gun out ID 18826

ID 18826 found me on the ground after a shootout near vagos area in the ghetto, he decided to tell his friends he was gonna rob me, so he gave me medical treatment with his gun out as you can see in the video, which is a clear Rule Break. I believe he is in The Families and should know better then to break this kind of RP rule.... I would like for ID 18826 to receive punishment, thank you to whoever takes this report.
