Guy can uncuff trough a cell, he can reach from that far and use his key and uncuff even when he cant see my back side, so realistic

We have been cuffing and uncuffing prisoners while in their cells for the safety of Law Enforcement Officers and the few DOC Guards we have available for a while. Without doing this, the limited number of DOC staff we have would be at a constant risk. Furthermore, it is standard practice in many real world prisons and thus is Realistic Behaviour. Admins have I believed witnessed us doing this on many occasions and it has not been brought to our attention as a problem.

As for what was said. We cannot cuff through a door and we do not attempt to. It only works on the fixed bar area of the cells and the security gates. Nor do we unreasonably reach to what would be considered out of normal reach for a person when doing this.

Nice informative video when dealing with good compliant people who stand still because they are being paid to do it as actors, I wish we actually had more than just a few people that would act like that in the City.

More importantly, it does not deal with the problem of handling potentially dangerous prisoners within a cell block in a safe and secure manner. Try look up that information and what happens when it goes wrong, which is why EN2 DOC does things the way it does.

The cuffing animations in City are generally good, and the PG Rules about "Running and Cuffing" or "Cuffing with a Weapon" are good rules to enforce, but cuffing actions in game cannot be compared to the processes and techniques in the video, except in very rare situations.

The biggest problem as I see it is: If you must be behind someone to uncuff them then you must also be behind them to cuff them and to take their hands behind their back. That would make over half the arrests ever made in City as UB or PG.
